When you enter a healing partnership with me, my priority is that you feel seen, heard, and met exactly as you are. Together, we’ll work to nourish a positive, sustainable relationship with food and your body on the path toward genuine, lasting health and recovery.
“When you work with me, my goal is for you to feel safe, respected, and empowered—to rebuild trust with your body and your intuition.”
Your treatment plan will be as unique as you are. Depending on your needs and goals, we might include nutritional therapy, personalized meal plans, nutritional and/or herbal supplement recommendations, genetic testing and other functional labs, integrative and functional medicine approaches, systems biology, recovery coaching, meal support, cooking with confidence skills, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies, and lifestyle medicine.
“No two people are the same, so no two plans should be either. I love crafting truly individualized care that meets each person exactly where they are, but also grow and evolve with them.”
I have extensive experience treating child, adolescent, and adult eating disorders (including ARFID), substance use disorders, mental health concerns, neurotransmitter imbalances, gastrointestinal dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, autoimmunity, and acute nutritional needs such as pre- and post-operative nutrition.
“I’m especially passionate about helping individuals who feel like they’ve ‘tried everything’—because there’s always another path to explore.”

As the Admissions Director, my job is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported from our first conversation. The hardest part of the recovery journey is finding the strength to believe that you can change - I understand how challenging deciding to make that first outreach is, and I am here to help.
I have been a professional in the world of eating disorder treatment since 2010, when I was a psychology major in college just lookin for an internship (any internship!) where I could learn about the world of counseling. I was lucky enough to be selected for a student learner role at the nationally renowned inpatient eating disorder program at University Medical Center at Princeton. From there I knew I had found my professional home in supporting people to recover from their eating disorders. 15 years of dedicated practice, study, and learning from some of the best mentors a professional could ask for, and I happily find myself as a co-owner and Admissions Director of Authenticity Recovery.
During my decade+ of eating disorder treatment experience, I have been afforded the opportunity to work all levels along the contiuum of care: medical hospital, residential, partial-hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and in outpatient private practice. Working at these various treatment centers have helped me help my clients find the right services for their individual needs.
Originally based in NJ and NY, and current resident of NJ, I have also had the opportunity to support people of sincere religious backgrounds that range from modern to orthodox, and I have prided myself on working people’s spiritual practices into their treatment whenever their faith plays a role in their treatment. Believing in yourself, or the possibility of recovery, doesn’t require a religious belief. But, for those who have faith, it can be the starting point for change.
If you are reading this and feeling unsure, confused, or just scared about change - that is 100% normal and a sign that you are human! If you are thinking about starting your journey towards a better life, and want to talk to someone who understands, contact me today.
